Located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, the project occupies 15,000 square meters of land and has a building area of approximately 61,000 square meters. It serves as the R&D and design headquarters for Xinhe Group and its six major fashion brands, becoming a new landmark building in Xiamen.
